RETURN FOR CREDIT:

To receive credit, product(s) must be return within 15 days from the ordering date. A minimum of 15% will be charged as a restocking fee against any return non-defective merchandise. Return merchandise will not be accepted unless they are unused and packed in the original container with complete parts, manual and accessories.

Special design products as well as custom configured cable assemblies are non-cancellable and non-refundable. All custom configured cable assemblies carry LIFETIME WARRANTY.
